Who’s on Your Care Team?

We warmly invite caregivers of individuals affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia to participate in a day focused on renewal, connection, and the exploration of essential resources. This annual conference will showcase comprehensive presentations from esteemed experts, including neurologist Dr. David Gill and elder-law attorney John Maloney, among others. Participants will gain valuable insights from specialists in dementia care, receive the latest research updates from the Alzheimer’s Association, and much more. A variety of specialized healthcare vendors will also be available throughout this day-long program. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
